Privacy

The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising, and the only personal data it ever receives is an email address you type in yourself.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes connection data — IP address, time of request, browser and operating system — in server logs, for the purpose of delivering the site and defending it against abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a working website. Cloudflare is contracted as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR and transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Fonts

The typefaces are served from this site’s own domain. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts or any other third party, so no font request discloses your IP address to anyone but us.

The poster and the email list

If you ask for the laws poster, you give us an email address. It is used to send you the PDF and, if you opted in, occasional new writing. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time — every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the address. The list is held by our email provider as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone, ever.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, under Art. 15–21 GDPR. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to teut@iteutyouso.com.
